Why I Founded GoBliss Career Accelerator

The story behind this mission

After years of working with graduates, employers, and industry leaders, I realised something deeply troubling. Most young people complete their degrees with ambition in their hearts but uncertainty in their steps. They leave college with marks and certificates but without the confidence, clarity, or professional readiness that the real world demands.

I’ve seen brilliant minds struggle in interviews because they couldn’t express their thoughts clearly. I’ve watched hardworking graduates get overlooked because they lacked ownership, coachability, or awareness of how businesses actually function. These are not talent gaps; they are gaps in grooming, mindset, and guidance.

That’s why I founded Asia’s first Career Accelerator, a mission to fill the space that education, training centres, and even parents often leave behind. This isn’t just about landing a job. It’s about transforming graduates into professionals who think sharply, communicate confidently, take responsibility, and grow into the kind of individuals every employer is proud to hire.

This mission is personal. Because I know what it feels like to figure things out the hard way, and I’m here to make sure others don’t have to.
